Brief
We meet, walk your floor plan and understand the objective. You get a written scope back within 48 hours.

Concept renders, floor plan and elevations. You approve every angle before we cut anything.

Fabrication
Joinery, metal, paint, print and furniture all run inside our Dubai Industrial City facility. One team, one accountable manager.

Install
Overnight builds on-site at DWTC, ADNEC, ExCeL, Messe Frankfurt — wherever the show is. Organiser paperwork handled end to end.

Dismantle & Storage
We break down after the show, itemise reusable components and store them in our warehouse for the next event.

Olympic Industries is a Dubai-based exhibition stand contractor building for exhibitors around the world. From our 150,000 sq ft workshop in Dubai Industrial City, we design, fabricate and install custom exhibition stands, double-deck stands, country pavilions and modular reusable systems — for shows in the UAE, across the wider GCC, and internationally wherever our clients exhibit.
Dubai is our home floor. We build for the calendar the region runs on: GITEX Global, Gulfood and Gulfood Manufacturing at DWTC, Arab Health and The Big 5 in Dubai, and ADIPEC at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, and LEAP at RICEC in Riyadh. From that base we ship and install worldwide — European, Asian and North American show floors included — with the same team managing the build end to end.
Because joinery, metalwork, graphics, furniture and audio-visual all happen inside our own facility, we quote transparent fixed prices, hit deadlines other contractors sub-out, and give you one project manager to call from brief through dismantle. Typical lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. Double-deck and pavilion builds, and international installs, need longer for engineering and organiser approvals — talk to us early.

The questions we get every week.
Lead time is typically 6 to 8 weeks from approved brief to on-site handover for a custom build. Complex double-decks or country pavilions can need 10 to 12 weeks, mainly because organiser structural approvals take time. If you are inside 6 weeks we can still help — usually through modular or hybrid builds.
Yes. Dubai is our HQ but we build worldwide — the GCC, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Materials are prefabricated in Dubai and shipped to the show, with our own supervisors on-site for install and dismantle.
Yes. We prepare and submit all structural, electrical and health-and-safety documentation to the organiser and the venue — DWTC, ADNEC, RICEC, ExCeL, Messe Frankfurt and the rest. We also stamp structural drawings for double-deck and rigging approvals.
Yes. The 3D renders, floor plan and elevations are part of the quote. You do not pay extra to see what your stand will look like before you commit.
Yes. Reusable elements are itemised, wrapped and racked in our Dubai Industrial City warehouse between events. Same identity next show, without paying to rebuild from scratch.
